Balance
We have intensity and passion for our mission, but we have equal commitment and compassion for our team and their families.  We do not idolize burnout, we reject it.
Autonomy
Our engineers own their projects. You’ll have the freedom, responsibility and independence to progress your part of the vehicle all with the help of effective team collaboration.
Respect
We challenge ourselves and one another to be better each day, but we never forget the respect and love for one another that brought us together.  Launcher is one mission, one team, with equality for all. We check our ego at the door.
Shared purpose
At Launcher, we are all owners; all employees participate in equity and will benefit greatly from the long-term success of our endeavours.
